Success for Pedmore students!

Pedmore Staff are incredibly proud of all our Students for their hard work, determination and positive attitude, despite all of the COVID related barriers, throughout the last academic year.

However, one particular group of students have really risen to the challenge. With all other examinations cancelled this Summer, Year 11 students recieved the news that their formal Functional Skills exam in June 2021 would still go ahead!

They have worked so hard, both during online lessons and face to face, even giving up their own time to attend Easter School booster sessions. All of that hard work paid off and we are extremely pleased to announce that ALL students passed their Reading, Writing and Speaking & Listening Assessments. This has enabled them to access more opportunities at college; gaining access to level 2 courses so they are able to continue studying their chosen course at their post 16 provider.

Once again, a well-deserved "Well done" to all involved.
